Memory Line gives your event a dedicated phone number in your event’s country — a UK number for UK events, a US number for US events. Guests call it, hear your greeting and questions, and leave voice messages that appear in your private dashboard. You pay once per event, at the tier you choose, in your event’s currency.

Each tier opens the line for a set window around your event date and keeps messages online for a set period afterwards. “Forever” on the Heirloom tier means for the life of the service: if Memory Line ever winds down, we will give you notice and time to download everything before anything is removed.

You own your event’s recordings. Callers are told at the start of every call that their message is recorded and shared with you — please don’t use the line for anything unlawful, and be kind with what guests trust you with.

Every call to a Memory Line number begins with a recorded notice that the message will be recorded and shared with the hosts — it is part of the call flow and cannot be switched off. A caller who continues past the notice consents to the recording. Some places (including a number of US states) require every party to a recorded call to consent; the notice is how Memory Line obtains it. As the host, you are responsible for using the line and its recordings lawfully in your event’s location — for example, by displaying the call cards we provide so guests know what the line is.

You can set up your whole event — greeting, questions, previews — before paying anything. Payment is taken once, when you take your line live. If you change your mind before your line goes live, you get a full refund.

We work hard to keep the line up on your big day, but we can’t promise perfection from the phone network. Our liability is limited to what you paid for your event.
